Privacy Policy

Total Pro VPN is a VPN service ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights. Questions and data-protection requests can be sent to [email protected].

What we do not log

We do not log your browsing activity, DNS queries, the destinations you connect to through the tunnel, or the mapping between your original IP address and the traffic that leaves our servers. VPN nodes are configured to avoid persisting per-connection traffic logs, and diagnostic counters used for network health (throughput, active peers, packet loss) are aggregate and short-lived.

Data we do process

To operate accounts and billing we process: an account identifier (email address, or a Telegram identifier if you sign up through the bot), your chosen plan and subscription status, payment records from our payment processors, the app/client version and protocol used to connect, which server location you connect to and when a session starts and ends (kept briefly for capacity planning and abuse prevention, then deleted), and security logs needed to prevent fraud and service abuse.

Why we process it, and our legal bases

We use this data to provide the VPN connection and subscription you requested, to keep the network secure and reliable, to comply with legal and tax obligations, and -- only with your consent -- to measure aggregate site usage. The legal bases are: performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in network security and abuse prevention, legal obligation, and consent for optional analytics storage.

Processors and international transfers

Depending on the plan and features you use, processing can involve: Stripe and NOWPayments (payments), Telegram (the Total Pro VPN bot and Mini App), Cloudflare (edge network and DNS), and the infrastructure providers that host our VPN server locations around the world. These providers process data under their own policies and may transfer data outside your country using appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Connection session metadata used for network operation is retained only briefly and then deleted. Billing and account records are kept only as long as needed for accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Some processors follow their own, longer statutory retention periods.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent for optional storage at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.

Security and children

We use access controls, encrypted transport and restricted secrets to protect your data, though no online service can be guaranteed risk-free. Total Pro VPN is not directed at children below the age at which they can independently consent to online services in their country.
