By creating an account, starting a trial or subscribing to Total Pro VPN you agree to these terms.

The service

Total Pro VPN gives you an encrypted connection to the internet through servers we operate or contract in the locations shown in the app and on the website. Server availability, protocols on offer, and per-plan traffic or device limits can change as the network evolves; current limits for your plan are always shown on the pricing page and in your account.

Acceptable use

You may use Total Pro VPN only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to attack, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to other systems, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, send unsolicited bulk messages, or otherwise break the law of the jurisdiction you are in or you are accessing. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts we reasonably believe are being used to abuse the network or harm other users.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and device access secure. Free and trial plans are limited to one account per person; we may limit or terminate accounts used to circumvent those limits.

Plans, billing and trials

Price, billing interval, currency and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled from your account or through your payment provider. A card-backed trial converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled first; this is disclosed before you start a trial. Statutory consumer rights apply in your jurisdiction. Refund requests are reviewed under applicable law and the rules of the payment provider used (Stripe or the supported cryptocurrency processor).

Fair use

Plans without a stated traffic cap are for normal personal use. We may apply reasonable network-management measures -- such as temporarily reducing priority for a connection generating disproportionate, sustained load -- to keep the service fair and reliable for everyone.

Availability and liability

We work to keep servers and locations available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific server, country or third-party website or platform you may reach through the VPN. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct, foreseeable loss, and nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms, and will post the new version here with an updated date. You may cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend or terminate an account for material breach of these terms, including abusive or unlawful use of the network.
